Mark T. Andrews
President & Founder, TME Investments
Mr. Andrews hails from a real estate family in Western Pennsylvania. After receiving an engineering degree from Penn State University in 1985, Mark relocated to Raleigh-Durham and founded a commercial real estate firm called Property Resources. Over nine years, he grew Property Resources to 85 employees handling over 50 properties and 6,000,000 square feet of space. Property types included office, warehouse and retail spread across the Southeastern United States. In 1996, Mr. Andrews sold Property Resources to CB Richard Ellis, the largest commercial real estate firm in the world, and served as Managing Executive for North and South Carolina for three years before transitioning out.
In 1996, Mr. Andrews founded another company, now named TME Investments, focused on real estate acquisitions and development in the Raleigh-Durham area. TME has completed over 30 projects with an asset value of over $400,000,000 including office, flex, warehouse and multifamily properties. Recently completed projects include The Paramount, a high-end, 81-unit, 10-story condominium building in downtown Raleigh, The Cypress of Raleigh, an equity owned continuing care retirement community (CCRC) and The Aloft Raleigh hotel. The Paramount was sold out in advance of construction completion and was recognized with several awards for an urban development. The Cypress of Raleigh includes 203 homes, a 42,000 square foot clubhouse and a 40 bed medical building all situated on 48 acres in Raleigh, North Carolina. In October of 2015 Mr. Andrews and his partners celebrated the opening of the Aloft Raleigh Hotel. The Aloft Raleigh Hotel is on Hillsborough Street and located directly across from the NC State University’s iconic Bell Tower. The Aloft Raleigh has received the 2016 Sir Walter Raleigh community appearance award.
Mr. Andrews is a regular guest lecturer for MBA students at the Kenan Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina.
Linda Arnold

Linda Arnold has over 22 years’ experience in commercial property management and construction management. Her innate ability to understand the art of collaboratively working with tenants and contractors in a professional and responsive environment has proven successful in both tenant retention and timely, cost-effective construction results.
Through the years Linda has managed over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate with a portfolio including office, flex and industrial buildings. In the past five years she has managed over $10,000,000 in construction projects ranging from tenant fitups, capital improvements and single story development. Throughout her career Linda has worked closely with property owners including local investors, financial and insurance institutions, and pension funds. She has been recognized by her owners as someone that helps ensure each property is financially successful by properly managing and maintaining each asset while reducing expenses and increasing revenue.
